Join us for the Stand Out for Primary English Conference, aimed at primary leaders and their wider teams on Wednesday 22 May from 9am until 4pm at the Outwood Institute of Education.

The conference is designed and facilitated by a member of the Trust’s primary school improvement team. The programme for each day showcases practice as well as involving key notes from inspirational speakers and practitioners.

Our key speakers include:

- Reading into Writing with Mark Miller (Dixons Bradford Research School)

- Early Writing with Hayley Bowes (OGAT)

- Creative Writing with Gemma Thornton (Grimm & Co, Rotherham)

- Preparing for KS2 moderation with Dan Horan (OGAT)

- Greater Depth & Writing for the Real World with Ben McGarry (OGAT)

Costs:

• For Outwood Primary Academies, each academy has one free place; additional places can be purchased for £50.

• To Outwood Secondary Academies and their link primary schools, places can be purchased for £50.

• For other schools and settings, places can be purchased for £95.

Outwood Institute of Education: Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an event the following charges will apply:

Less than 7 days prior to the event - 100% charge

Less than 14 days prior to the event - 75% charge

Less than 28 days prior to the event - 50% charge

Cancellation more than 28 days prior to the event will be refundable. If you are able to send another colleague in your place, we will transfer the booking to a colleague with no administration charge.

Please note that all prices quoted exclude VAT, which will be applied at 20%
